Stainless glue-application disc and bearing set, Ø193 mm, 3 / 6 / 10 mm widths, 304 grade. Knurled band aids pickup; brass hub bearing runs smooth.

Adjustable auxiliary unit combining an air jet with a bearing-guided track to fold the leading carton flaps and ease box travel through the station.

Special-steel volute spring seated in the folding claw hub, providing the return tension that keeps each claw cycling reliably.

Brass-bodied claw mechanism that folds the carton ear at the tip, working with its internal volute spring for a repeatable, controlled fold.

Replacement claw-tip set supplied as a package of five profile variants, four pieces each, for fast rotation of wear parts on the folding station.

Pressing brush that bears down on the glued, folded carton as it exits the station, seating the joint firmly for a secure bond.
